Piece of my day

Tonight was date night with my little man....Preston. We went to JoAnn's to pick up some ribbon and then a local cupcake shop and then the grocery store so he could get a donut and I could pick up some things.
These little moments that I get alone with one of my children are so special. It is also rejuvenating and I can take a breath and say...oh, this is what you're like when there is no one picking on you, or you're not picking on someone.

I hope he will look back and remember that I took the time to be with HIM and know HIM. And I hope he let's me do this when he's a teen :)
