Worlds of Fun

This post has lots of pictures, but with our computer crashing I want to get them all on line, just in case.

On Monday we took a "little trip" as Taylynn calls it, to Kansas City to Worlds of Fun! Taylynn and Preston have been talking about riding a roller coaster for the last two weeks, so we knew they were excited.
Here they are right after we parked and they could see
the roller coasters from the road and as you can tell they are excited!
We had to get a picture of a BIG one!
One quick stop at the fountain and some photo ops before we ride the rides.

The first ride was the worm and only one could go at a time because you have to be 42 inches to ride alone. Let's just say Aaron got to ride this one a lot, but I think he liked it just as much as Taylynn and Preston.Next they rode the ponies and the planes.
Then on to the mini detonator, which this year daddy was instructed to ride with them :)
Hands up!
This is too much fun to sit and take a picture.............Big ball pit
Check out Preston:

He is saying "Did you see that." Such a boy!

Love boat, except I had to make them share one.

Lady Bugs, and they picked their own this time.
Train time, and yes I asked them to hold hands because I wanted them to go together.........this was not done on their own.
Oops, lost my shoe.
Taylynn didn't have patience so she ran off and they ended up on different train cars.
This was funny, Taylynn went back to ride the worm and since they can only ride one at a time I put Preston back on the horse ride and he looked like this the whole time. The workers thought he was falling asleep, but I knew better. This was him being upset and shy all at once.
Poor guy, he was next inline for the worm, but got upset again when he was too little to ride the swing with Taylynn.
He did get to ride a bike though
Then with daddy they road the school bus.
Daddy took a turn and rode a big boy ride, but this also made Preston upset, he was willing to ride everything. Here he is trying to get in.
We did get a family shot. I like this one
But had to include this one because of Taylynn and Preston faces
This ride has been around since I was a child and rode in it.
We even got little lolly pops once we were all done.

It was a GREAT time, but next year just Aaron and I will have to go so I can ride the big rides. I LOVE roller coasters and I can't wait for all our children to be all enough to ride. I hope they like them as much as we do.

Garage Sale

This last weekend (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) we had a garage sale. It rained the whole time on Thursday, but it made it easy to keep the kids inside the garage, for the most part.
I tried to keep them inside and busy so they wouldn't destroy the house. They did pretty good.
At one point I found them watching a movie like this:

Friday I had Laura, one of our youth come and keep me company, so that was nice. Then Saturday Aaron opened it up so I could get some sleep. Overall we didn't make much, but we have more room in our house now!

We are making room for baby number three! I have washed blankets and her bed is ready. I have my list of things I need to get for her mobile (it's going to be the cutest thing you've ever seen). I can't wait to show you.

Almost 32 weeks

This Sunday before church we took some pictures of Taylynn and Preston with my belly. It has been fun this time around with two children who are trying to grasp the idea that I have a baby in my belly.
They both know her name is Alayna, but I am not sure if they know she'll actually be in our arms one day. Every time I go to the Dr. Taylynn asks if I am going to get the baby, so maybe she gets it, I don't know.
Preston has his own baby in his belly and her name is Caroline :) When we were at Sonic playing we told him to go down the slide on his belly and he looked at us, rubbed his belly and said " No, hurt the baby." Ha, I thought that was the cutest thing.

I am excited and nervous to bring Alayna into this world. I wonder if I can do it, can I handle three children? Yes, I can because God doesn't give me more than I can handle. I am hoping we have some attitude changes before the baby comes though, it would help out so much.

I turn 32 weeks tomorrow, so I have about 50 days left. I still do not know when the C section will be, but I am pretty sure it will be the week of July 12th. I am hoping for a July 4th baby though, any ideas on how I can make that happen? I need tips, please!

Sonic Fun

Yesterday we had SNL, Sunday Night Live with our youth group. The kids sure had fun, and they were totally wiped by the end of the night.

I can't seem to get a good picture of Taylynn, she was way to excited to stop and look at the camera long enough for me to get a picture. I chased her for a while then just gave up.

Preston however took some great pictures, he was my little photogenic guy for the night.

More weekend pictures to come, we had a full one!
