Kelly is doing dinner recipes this week, here is one I love.
Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti
This one is great, quick and easy. Plus I freeze half of it for another day and it tastes great.
Ingredients:
1 chicken cooked and shredded or 4-5 chicken breast
1 Package of cooked spaghetti (best if cooked in chicken broth)
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
3/4 package Velveeta cut into cubs
1 cup chicken broth
Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. I put my in two 8x8 dishes and freeze on and cook the other.
Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees
You can always add a can of rotel to spice it up.
YUM!!! And those kids of your are so cute!! I want to squeeze their chubby little cheeks!!
ReplyDeleteI found the link to your blog from the "Beyond Our Wildest Dreams" (Sophie's Hope) which I have been following for the past year.
ReplyDeleteThanks for this delicious recipe-I have 2 sons, ages 12 and 14, along with my husband, so I'm always looking for good recipes to try that will fill my family! Tonight I made this recipe but adapted it as follows: I used low fat Velveeta, whole grain spaghetti, healthy request versions of the soups and I added sliced olives plus diced ortega chiles. I threw a little shredded Mexican style cheese on top. As you suggested, I divided the mix-one for tonight and one to freeze. This was a big hit with my family!! Yum! Thanks, Donna
