Preston Birthday Celebration Part 4

Preston's play date birthday party was on Monday, the day after his party. We got rained in, but still had a great time.
I had sand buckets for all the children and of course I made labels for them :)
We used these for an indoor egg hunt.

Thank you girls for bringing your kids, Preston had a great time. You are such sweet friends. And no I didn't post the group picture of us, it was awful of ME! :)

Easter

This Easter was double fun because it was also Preston birthday. Also a reason to come up with new decorations and ideas.
For Preston's Sunday school class Taylynn and Preston made snacks. We made these bird nests with jelly beans, they had a good time putting in the jelly beans.


I knew I wanted a new center piece for the table and I knew I wanted grass, so this is what I came up with. Aaron made the wood box, and I painted it and added the grass and decorations. (I must say this grass was not easy to find, but I finally found it at Micheal's Craft store).

Preston Birthday Celebration Part 1 & 2

We kicked off Preston's birthday weekend with Chuck E Cheese. Preston's good friend Chase was able to come and meet us, and they had a great time.

Preston would walk around just to put the coins in the machines and walk away, so it was hard keeping up with him and not taking my eye off what he was doing with the coins. He had a great time though.

The next day we took Preston and Taylynn to the park for a picnic and to ride the train and carousel. My camera ran out of batteries, so I only got a few shots. But he had a great time.

I think this one is cute of Taylynn, looking all sweet and proper.

That night we continued with a BBQ with the Ritcheys (Chase's family). This is the only shot I got of the night, but it was awesome to have our first BBQ of the year.
So this was just the first 2 birthday celebrations, I have two more to post about!!

Happy Birthday Preston

Preston you are two years old today and such a big boy. I can't believe it was only two years ago I was holding you for the first time. You came out so perfect and you still are. Your daddy and I are so blessed to have you in our lives, we love you more than words can explain.

You are so in love with your daddy, when he is around you want him to carry you and hold you, but when it's just you me and Taylynn you love to walk on your own and be a big boy, which helps me out a lot!

You have been talking a lot, but Taylynn will still answer for you and you let her. You love to sing songs and play with musical toys. You might just be a musical prodigy.

You love babies and your are going to be a great big brother soon. I can already tell your going to be a great daddy too. You are gentle and so sweet. You love saying "you ok" and making sure everyone is happy.

Your daddy and I love you so much and wish you a very happy birthday!

We pray that you will grow to know Jesus and love Him. He will guide you through your time on Earth if you let Him. Know that He is God and you can always rely on Him.
