Lessons My Toddler Taught Me: A Devotional for Mothers of Young Children by Anita S. Lane

I took some pictures of Taylynn and Preston hugging.

I made grilled cheese sandwiches, but not with just any cheese.
I used Gruyere cheese and sourdough bread. For those who have seen the Devil Wears Prade, the boyfriend made this for Andy and see turned it down to watch her weight. She made a mistake! Ha.
for dessert I made my favorite, chocolate mousse.

Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

As we were leaving Taylynn had a huge meltdown, it got even worse when I didn't check her movie out because of the way she was acting, which made it worse. We proceeded to go to Sam's Club for lunch, but the meltdown continued. I had to sit in the car with her for about 5 minutes until she calmed down and could say she was sorry. She is getting stubborn like me, watch out!

And this is what Preston does with his clothes.
We stayed home and stayed up. Well everyone but Preston was awake for the clock to strike 11. He was tired so at about 9pm we put him in bed.
We celebrated with a nice dinner at Chez Yasu, a local fine dining french restaurant. It was so good. I didn't take pictures there because it was too fancy, I didn't want to look silly.
Notice the sweet man in the back doing some dishes.

The snickers was from the book. The ingredients were simple, chocolate, caramel and chunky peanut butter.
We missed Katie last night, she had some state to state dinner at the Governor's House, geez louise. Who would want to do that over girls night, ha!
